Our program for 2024 will open at the beginning of January 2024.

Please note that applicants for both EWISP and ASIST must reside within the geographical boundaries of a participating Chapter. Applicants must apply using our online application process during the application submission process which opens in early January and closes in late March each year. Chapters award scholarships in the first round of the application process and submit their first-place winner to our Corporate Scholarship Awards committee for an additional scholarship opportunity. The EWISP scholarship is an annual competition-based program which awards more than $100,000 in college scholarship money each year to qualifying high school seniors. Judges select winning students based on their scholastic achievement, leadership qualities, good citizenship and extracurricular activities.

The Executive Women International Scholarship Program is an annual, competition-based program which awards college scholarship money each year to qualifying high school seniors. Judges select winning students based on their scholastic achievement, leadership qualities, good citizenship, and extra-curricular activities. EWI believes that the EWISP Program will positively impact the personal life, employment, family, and community of the applicant.

ABOUT EWI

EWI was founded in 1938 by Lucille J. Perkins to change the roles of women in business and the diverse careers held by our members. We are an international organization with 34 Chapters across the United States and Canada. EWI has been awarding scholarships for over 30 years and awards over $200,000 in scholarships each year through our Chapters and the Corporate Office.

APPLICATION CRITERIA

The EWISP Scholarship is a non-discriminatory, educational scholarship program for the benefit of traditional students pursuing an associates, bachelor's or master's degree, or certification program in a specific career path.

  • High school seniors enrolled in a public, private, charter, parochial, or home school located within the boundaries of a participating EWI Chapter.
  • Plans to pursue a degree at an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Demonstrated financial need
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale
  • Have contributed to their community as demonstrated by their involvement in extracurricular activities, employment, civic or volunteer activities.
